About the Role

As a Quantity Surveyor you will play a pivotal role throughout the entire project lifecycle, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and international stakeholders on complex infrastructure projects. You will be responsible for effective cost estimation and management, project financial control, and contract administration across large‑scale developments, often in challenging environments. Your core duties include preparing detailed cost estimates and Bills of Quantities for civil, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, ensuring alignment with international standards and best practices. You will provide strategic cost advice, oversee budget control, and support successful project execution across multiple geographies. You will also handle financial reporting such as cash‑flow forecasting, cost variance analysis, and net‑margin assessments while maintaining strict contractual and commercial oversight. The role involves managing risks, negotiating with contractors and suppliers, and ensuring compliance with local and international regulations. Beyond technical expertise, you will foster effective interdisciplinary and cross‑cultural collaboration and drive continuous improvement in general practices, contributing to both project success and broader business objectives. • Prepare detailed cost estimates and Bills of Quantities for civil, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. • Provide strategic cost advice and oversee budget control across multi‑geography projects. • Conduct financial reporting, cash‑flow forecasting, cost variance analysis, and net‑margin assessments. • Manage contract administration, commercial oversight, and compliance with local and international regulations. • Identify and mitigate project risks; negotiate with contractors and suppliers. • Foster interdisciplinary and cross‑cultural collaboration among multidisciplinary teams. • Drive continuous improvement of cost‑management practices and general procedures.
