About the Role
In this position you will assist with leasing, collections, resident services, and maintenance oversight. You will also prepare reports, train office staff, coordinate vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies. • Address delinquent accounts, initiate evictions, and collect payments • Maintain resident records and process security‑deposit refunds • Support property manager, prepare monthly reports, train staff, and attend meetings • Manage vendor relationships, verify invoicing, and oversee lease compliance • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies

What You Bring
Join our team as an Assistant Property Manager. We are looking for a reliable and ambitious individual who is passionate about property management and possesses excellent communication skills. The role supports daily operations and works under the guidance of the Property Manager to ensure high standards for residents and staff. Candidates should have two to three years of relevant experience, preferably in property management or a sales/customer‑service role, and possess a valid driver’s license with a clean record. Strong interpersonal, analytical and problem‑solving abilities, along with detail‑orientation, are essential for success. • 2‑3 years of property‑management or sales/customer‑service experience • Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and auto insurance (if traveling) • Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills • Detail‑oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records
