Engineering Manager - Agentic AI Platform

About the Role

The Engineering Manager will build, lead, and grow a high‑performing engineering team, fostering a culture of collaboration, ownership, inclusion, and continuous learning. You will provide technical and architectural leadership for the design, development, and deployment of scalable, reliable, and secure agentic AI systems. Balancing hands‑on technical engagement with effective delegation will ensure high‑quality execution and outcomes. You will own delivery of AI initiatives by managing priorities, risks, dependencies, and operational excellence for production‑ready systems, and partner with platform, infrastructure, and cross‑functional teams to enable robust CI/CD, cloud deployment, and alignment with product strategy. What You Bring

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, and 10+ years of experience building scalable, distributed software systems with increasing leadership responsibility. Candidates should have 3–6 years of experience delivering AI/ML or GenAI solutions, including production deployments, and a proven track record of leading engineering teams to deliver complex technical initiatives end‑to‑end. A strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices for AI workloads—such as CI/CD, containerization with Docker, and orchestration with Kubernetes—is required, along with excellent communication, collaboration, and people‑leadership skills. Preferred qualifications include experience managing teams working on agentic AI, autonomous systems, or LLM‑powered applications. Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks and concepts such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, MCP, embeddings, and knowledge stores is valued, as is working knowledge of reinforcement learning, planning algorithms, or multi‑agent systems. Experience deploying and operating AI solutions at scale on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, and a background in Python‑based systems, APIs, and data‑driven platforms, are also desirable. • Communicate technical concepts to influence roadmap and strategy. • Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field. • 10+ years experience building scalable distributed systems with leadership roles. • 3–6 years experience delivering AI/ML or GenAI solutions in production. • Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure, DevOps, Docker, and Kubernetes. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and people‑leadership skills. • Experience managing teams for agentic AI, autonomous systems, or LLM‑powered applications (preferred). • Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, embeddings, and knowledge stores. • Working knowledge of reinforcement learning, planning algorithms, or multi‑agent systems. • Experience deploying AI solutions at scale on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. • Background in Python‑based systems, APIs, and data‑driven platforms.
