About the Role

In this position you will provide technical solutions, drive innovation, and plan execution strategies while leading the EMCS Automation Engineers on complex projects. You will foster a culture of innovation, develop new product offerings, support the Project Manager and Tendering team with technical insights, and assist both internal and external customers as well as sales representatives with technical inquiries. • Develop team skills through new technologies, solutions, and activities. • Analyze risks and opportunities in project specifications during bidding. • Ensure projects meet objectives, timelines, and schedules. • Plan team activities based on workload and solution complexity, identifying required competencies. • Collaborate with line manager and stakeholders to create an engaging work environment. • Maintain technical quality for engineering documents such as network architecture, technical descriptions, and BOMs. • Coordinate complex projects to meet deliverable, quality, and efficiency targets. • Adhere to quality, safety, and environmental procedures and contribute to their development. • Drive continuous improvement by setting productivity targets and implementing actions. • Lead subcontractors, ensuring competence assessment and effective relationship management. • Enhance engineering competency and capacity for yourself and the team to meet execution needs. • Support the line of business in developing and deploying new products and innovations.

What You Bring

• Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronics, Computer Science, or Instrumentation Engineering. • Bring 9+ years of experience in energy automation project execution, team leadership, and customer management. • Demonstrate strong industry knowledge and versatile customer experience. • Exhibit leadership, interpersonal, and team‑building skills with excellent communication abilities.
