About the Role

The Program Manager, Talent Management leads the design, development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of comprehensive talent management programs such as performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, career pathing, and coaching assessments. This role conducts needs analyses, evaluates program effectiveness, and researches current trends and best practices to make strategic recommendations that enhance employee productivity and core capabilities across the organization. Leveraging project management, strategic communication, and relationship‑building skills, the manager drives adoption of talent solutions through careful planning, operations oversight, and stakeholder engagement. Key responsibilities include maintaining existing talent programs, creating resources and training for HR Business Partners, and using diverse communication channels to build manager and employee capability. The manager collaborates cross‑functionally to ensure alignment of talent strategies with other initiatives, consults with HR and business leaders on short‑ and long‑term programs, and proposes new solutions supported by detailed project plans, scoping, and metrics. What You Bring

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or a high school diploma with two years of relevant experience), and a minimum of five to eight years of experience in talent management, learning, or organization development. Candidates must have hands‑on experience with talent review, succession planning, performance management, career pathing, and competencies, as well as proven project management skills for organization‑wide programs. Preferred qualifications include experience with Oracle HCM, strong knowledge of talent management best practices, data‑driven decision‑making, change management expertise, and excellent influencing, presentation, and communication abilities. • Possess 5–8 years of experience in talent management, learning, or organization development, including talent review, succession planning, performance management, career pathing, and competencies. • Demonstrated project management experience for organization‑wide talent programs. • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience). • Preferred experience with Oracle HCM. • Strong knowledge of talent management best practices and the ability to evaluate relevant metrics. • Ability to assess change management needs and develop change plans. • Excellent influencing, presentation, and communication skills.
