About the Role
The Logistics Analyst coordinates drivers, trucks, and containers to maximize capacity, productivity, and timely, courteous service for customers while overseeing safety, customer experience, and overall productivity. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with safety policies, analyzing daily route information, and adjusting routes using the internal routing platform to improve efficiency and accuracy. The analyst monitors route progress, resolves transit problems, and proactively manages driver safety and asset security. They also create high‑capacity routes, manage swing routes, and align disposal plans with optimal sites, constantly communicating with drivers and the Operations Manager. To enhance customer experience, the analyst interacts courteously with customers, monitors promises and service commitments, updates call center communications daily, and uses routing tools to address missed pickups and delays. They continuously review routing media and communicate any issues to impacted customers to uphold universal service commitments.

What You Bring
The role requires strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, excellent written and verbal communication, and the capacity to work in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar software, experience in a customer‑facing or dispatcher leadership role (preferably two years), and the ability to execute time‑sensitive tasks are essential.
