About the Role

The role focuses on implementing the go‑to‑market strategy for the business, driving key customer relationships, negotiations and channel engagement activities to achieve sales, profit and market‑share goals. • Achieve sales target for the territory for Low Voltage Products. • Responsible for empanelment of full PD solutions. • Identify and appoint channel partners/integrators for the products. • Map and target new customers, projects, and expansions in the assigned territory. • Pursue, propose and close sales in coordination with the Business Development Team. • Secure approvals from end users, consultants and utilities. • Provide technical support to partners and customers on products and applications. • Maintain updated intelligence on competitors, pricing, products and channel developments. • Ensure highest levels of customer satisfaction. • Work closely with business development team and successfully negotiate project sales.

What You Bring

Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree, with a master’s degree highly desirable, and have six to twelve years of field sales experience. The position requires strong product application knowledge of low‑voltage switchgear, switchboards, circuit breakers and motor control centers, as well as solid negotiation skills and market intelligence.
