About the Role

The role may involve a variety of commercial and residential tasks, including start‑to‑finish carpentry, metal stud framing, rough builds, trim work (molding, cabinets, doors, windows), drywall, and remodel projects. • Perform start‑to‑finish carpentry on commercial and residential projects. • Install metal studs, frame structures, and execute rough builds. • Complete trim work such as molding, cabinet, door, and window installation. • Apply drywall and handle remodel tasks.

What You Bring

Tradesmen International is expanding its team of qualified Trade Professionals for projects in and around Springdale, AR. Most positions are first‑shift with a pay range of $18‑$23 per hour, based on experience and skill level. The company seeks carpenters who want to work alongside proven craftsmen who prioritize safety, productivity, and superior workmanship. Candidates must have prior carpentry experience, their own tools, and be able to wear proper PPE.
