About the Role
Key duties include managing budgeting and forecasting processes, serving as a subject‑matter expert for Oracle Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service, and leading quarterly and annual forecast consolidations across all business units. The analyst will partner with finance teams to validate data, maintain planning metadata, and produce senior‑leadership presentations. Additionally, they will own the corporate forecast model, identify risks and opportunities, and perform ad‑hoc financial analysis. • Manage Oracle Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Software for budgeting and forecasting. • Serve as power user and subject matter expert for EPBCS, handling troubleshooting and optimization. • Lead quarterly forecast and annual budget consolidation across all CoStar businesses. • Collaborate with finance teams to gather, validate, and analyze financial data. • Maintain metadata, hierarchies, and business rules in Oracle Planning and Budgeting. • Design and create PowerPoint presentations for senior leadership quarterly reviews. • Own and manage the corporate financial forecast model and assist with long‑term financial planning. • Identify and communicate risks and opportunities against budget and forecasts. • Foster collaborative, hands‑on communication and productive relationships across Finance. • Perform ad‑hoc financial analysis as needed.

What You Bring
The Sr. Financial & Business Systems Analyst role, based in Arlington, VA, reports to a dynamic finance team and may include relocation support. The position demands a highly analytical, collaborative professional who thrives in a fast‑growth environment. The analyst will oversee corporate financial consolidation, maintain data integrity, and deliver insights that guide strategic decisions. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and have at least five years of relevant experience, including three years in FP&A. Experience with large data sets, financial and budgeting applications, and Oracle EPM/ERP is required. Preferred qualifications include advanced Excel modeling, Smart View, Power BI, or Power Query, and FP&A experience at a public‑traded or large SaaS company. • Bachelor's degree from an accredited, not‑for‑profit, in‑person college/university. • 5+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years in FP&A. • Demonstrated commitment to prior employers. • Experience working with large data sets and integrating data from multiple systems. • Proficiency with financial and budgeting applications. • Prior experience with Oracle EPM and/or ERP is required. • Advanced financial modeling in Excel; experience with Smart View, Power BI, or Power Query. • FP&A experience within a publicly traded or large SaaS company.
