About the Role
Vacation Sales Managers work in our Retail Marketing team, selling vacation getaways in Bass Pro Shops® and Cabela’s®. Lead a high‑performing team in a lively environment, guiding 5–7 Sales Representatives to engage with customers and sell vacation packages. • Manage and mentor a team of 5–7 Sales Representatives. • Drive sales of vacation packages in Bass Pro Shops® and Cabela’s® locations. • Maintain quick transaction times, averaging under 10 minutes per sale. • Provide uncapped commission to motivate higher earnings for the team and manager.
