About the Role
The Housekeeper is responsible for cleaning vacant units to ready them for marketing and occupancy, as well as maintaining the property's common areas, offices, and model units. This position reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager and collaborates closely with the maintenance team. • Clean business office, restrooms, cabana, laundry rooms, model apartments and common areas on a defined schedule. • Prepare vacant apartment units for showing and occupancy. • Report maintenance problems to the supervisor promptly. • Follow safety guidelines and use cleaning agents and equipment safely. • Lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects up to 25 lb frequently.

What You Bring
The role operates within a professional office setting, utilizing standard office equipment and requiring occasional travel between properties in varying weather conditions. Candidates must hold a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent trade/technical education. Physical demands include extended periods of standing and walking, navigating stairs or ladders, and lifting or moving objects up to 25 lb, with occasional travel accounting for up to 5 % of work time. Safety protocols and the proper use of cleaning agents and equipment are essential. • Be available to work evenings or weekends on call for emergencies. • Understand and follow written or verbal instructions in English or Spanish. • Demonstrate punctuality and adherence to company policies and procedures. • Possess a high school diploma, GED, or relevant trade/technical education. • Travel between properties as needed, up to 5 % of work time.
