About the Role
The Production Control Clerk records and analyzes production data for industrial establishments, comparing records on volume, material consumption, quality control, and other production aspects. The position offers a pay rate of $37.57 per hour and works onsite/in‑office. • Compile and record production data from orders, tickets, specifications, and worker sheets using prescribed procedures. • Calculate quantities produced, materials used, scrap, defects, and production rates with computer tools. • Write production reports following prescribed formats. • Maintain files of documents used and prepared. • Create detailed production sheets or work tickets to guide assembly or manufacturing. • Prepare written work schedules based on established guidelines and priorities. • Compile material inventory records, prepare requisitions for procurement, and chart production using charts or graphs. • Sort and distribute work tickets or materials; compute wages from employee time cards. • Post wage data for payroll preparation. • Prepare documentation according to SAMS, SARSS, and PBUSE standards.

What You Bring
• High School diploma or equivalent. • At least five years of relevant work experience. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook. • Effective verbal and written communication skills. • Valid state driver’s license with an acceptable driving record. • Ability to pass required background checks and drug testing. • U.S. citizenship.
