About the Role

The BIM/Revit Coordinator will create precise 3D models, construction drawings and design deliverables for water and wastewater projects. The role involves developing BIM execution strategies, planning processes, implementing tools, and acting as a digital champion with clients and internal teams. Responsibilities include selecting delivery methodologies, budgeting, risk assessment and supporting both client‑facing and internal delivery projects. • Manage and coordinate BIM delivery with stakeholders and interface teams. • Lead BIM execution, ensuring compliance with quality, safety and environmental standards. • Develop BIM execution plans, select delivery methodologies and oversee contract requirements. • Maintain client relationships, handle feedback, scope changes and expectations. • Oversee Common Data Environments, clash detection, model federation and information exchange per ISO‑19650.

What You Bring

Candidates should have experience delivering multi‑disciplinary projects from concept to construction, ideally within a design consultancy handling complex, concurrent projects. Required qualifications include a degree or diploma in architecture, engineering or a related field, proficiency with Autodesk AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D (and optionally Plant 3D or Navisworks), and experience with point‑cloud/LiDAR data. Additional expectations are strong leadership, communication, problem‑solving skills and meticulous attention to detail. • Hold a degree or diploma in Architecture, Engineering or related field. • Proficient in Autodesk AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D; experience with Plant 3D or Navisworks preferred. • Experience working with point‑cloud/LiDAR data and topographical surveys. • Proven BIM coordination on multi‑disciplinary water, wastewater or civil infrastructure projects. • Knowledge of BIM execution plans, ISO‑19650 and CDEs such as ProjectWise or Autodesk Construction Cloud. • Strong leadership, communication, problem‑solving and meticulous attention to detail.
