About the Role
The Community Manager role reports to the Regional Manager and is responsible for the full spectrum of community operations, including personnel, leasing, maintenance, financial, administrative, and risk management functions, while ensuring compliance with company policies, safety standards, and fair housing guidelines. • Recruit, train, coach, and supervise on‑site staff; create schedules and address performance issues. • Develop and manage annual operating budgets, monitor rent collections, vendor invoices, and financial reporting. • Create annual marketing plan, lead leasing activities, handle resident complaints, and implement retention programs. • Oversee administrative reporting, coordinate emergency response, and ensure timely maintenance and property upkeep. • Ensure compliance with Asset Living policies, Fair Housing laws, OSHA regulations, and risk‑management guidelines. • Meet physical demands of standing, lifting up to 25 lb, climbing ladders, and responding to emergencies, including weekend and night on‑call. • Maintain reliable transportation for emergency on‑call duties.

What You Bring

Benefits
