About the Role
The Associate Photographer role supports Homes.com and Apartments.com by capturing 3‑D virtual tours, floor plans and high‑quality photographs of residential properties. Equipped with a Matterport Pro 3 camera, digital camera gear and an iPad, photographers operate within a designated territory, scheduling appointments to scan homes and apartments for marketing and listings. The position works closely with clients, sales associates, logistics and a remote photography manager. • Capture 3‑D virtual tours and floorplan footprints for Homes.com and Apartments.com listings. • Produce a portfolio of high‑quality residential photographs using professional photography techniques. • Coordinate with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointment efficiency. • Communicate professionally with clients, sales, research partners, and management to prioritize tasks. • Navigate one‑mile square grids to identify and photograph commercial real‑estate inventory. • Follow CoStar safety standards to protect company vehicles and equipment. • Participate in conference calls with sales and research teams as needed. • Lift and maneuver equipment weighing up to 5 lb; perform repetitive hand/arm movements. • Occasional bending, stooping, squatting, twisting, and lifting as required.

What You Bring
The job requires up to eight hours of driving, standing, walking and equipment handling each day, including lifting items up to five pounds and performing repetitive hand movements on a tablet or camera. Photographers must be able to work in all weather conditions, on weekends on a rotating schedule, and must maintain a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
