About the Role

The Outside Plant Engineer supports all phases of utility construction for telecom projects, ensuring work is done right and meeting customer deadlines with high quality. This role involves developing and managing detailed project plans, driving projects through construction phases, scheduling, budgeting, resource management, conducting site walkouts, and facilitating project meetings. • Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project plans. • Drive projects through construction phases, handling scheduling, budgets, and resource allocation. • Conduct job site walkouts and lead project meetings. • Ensure deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality standards. • Prioritize daily safety practices. • Solve complex problems with a hands‑on approach.
