About the Role
Daily duties include sweeping, mopping, and washing floors and other indoor surfaces using commercial buffers and shampoo machines, vacuuming rugs in offices and public areas, spot‑cleaning and shampooing rugs as directed, dusting furniture, exhibit cases, pictures, chairs, door trim, and light fixtures, cleaning interior glass, windowsills, entrance doors, and walls, and maintaining bathrooms by cleaning fixtures, restocking supplies, emptying waste baskets, and reporting any defects. Periodic responsibilities involve high dusting, polishing leather and wood surfaces, wall washing, and shoveling snow from building entrances and walkways as needed, as well as replacing waste‑basket liners and collecting building trash for disposal. • Sweep, mop, and wash floors and other indoor surfaces using commercial buffers and shampoo machines. • Vacuum rugs in offices and public areas; spot clean and shampoo rugs as directed. • Dust furniture, exhibit cases, pictures, chairs, door trim, and light fixtures; perform periodic high dusting. • Clean interior glass, windowsills, entrance doors, and walls; spot‑clean interior walls daily. • Maintain bathrooms: clean fixtures, restock supplies, empty waste baskets, and report defects such as clogged urinals or lights out. • Collect and dispose of building trash, replace liners, and shovel snow from entrances and walkways as needed. • Perform periodic tasks including leather and wood polishing, wall washing, and high‑dusting. • Use cleaning tools and equipment, including portable backpack vacuums, with attention to detail and high energy/endurance.

Benefits
Compensation is competitive, ranging from $14.82 to $17.43 per hour, and includes a comprehensive benefits package such as health, vision, and dental insurance, flexible spending and health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance, and paid or unpaid time off; pay varies based on location, collective bargaining status, experience, and other eligibility factors, and will not fall below minimum wage. • Receive competitive hourly pay ($14.82‑$17.43) and benefits such as health, vision, dental insurance, flexible spending accounts, retirement plans, and paid/unpaid time off.
