About the Role
In this role you will lead operational excellence by collaborating with local managers to meet P&L targets, overseeing staffing plans, monitoring performance metrics, and fostering a growth‑through‑install mindset that drives customer satisfaction and business expansion. • Collaborate with local managers to plan, budget, and achieve P&L targets. • Forecast, update, and execute staffing plans to maximize customer service. • Measure, monitor, and report on operational metrics to drive performance. • Lead a Growth‑through‑Install mentality to enhance customer satisfaction and business growth. • Coach and manage technical professionals to improve performance and engagement. • Identify and establish relationships with independent HVAC installation contractors. • Select, negotiate, and manage third‑party partners to meet reliability standards. • Review cost, quality, safety, and productivity metrics and implement improvement plans. • Partner with Quality, Project Management, Training, HR, and Regulatory teams to boost performance. • Ensure prompt resolution of customer inquiries and complaints. • Maintain and exceed install gross margin targets. • Provide tools, training, and development programs for employee success. • Provide a comprehensive benefits plan for employees and families. • Create clear career advancement paths within the company.

What You Bring
We seek candidates with a growth mindset, proven leadership in field operations, technical HVAC or water‑heater expertise, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to inspire teams and drive rapid results. • Require 3‑5 years of progressive field operations leadership experience. • Require HVAC and/or water‑heater technical knowledge; Gas Fitter 2 or 313d license is a plus. • Sales experience and ability to meet quotas are advantageous. • Demonstrated success in process control, productivity, and quality improvement. • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills. • Strong negotiation, influence, and change‑management abilities. • Experience in a unionized environment is considered an asset.
