About the Role

• Participate actively in project safety plans and promote an injury‑free culture. • Perform self‑perform work as part of a skilled crew, following company best practices. • Build relationships and communicate effectively with tradespeople, foremen, superintendents, and subcontractors. • Learn and apply company standards, equipment usage, and Lean construction practices. • Attend and contribute to weekly work‑plan and other project meetings. • Plan, execute, and report self‑perform tasks; develop daily look‑ahead schedules. • Support creation and enforcement of project safety plans through training and toolbox talks. • Identify cost‑saving opportunities and assist with quality assurance/control activities. • Help manage material, equipment, and labor costs; collaborate with superintendents on crew sizing and packaging. • Participate in punch lists, inspections, safety and quality reviews, and prepare documentation. • Lead or contribute to planning meetings, Lean processes (e.g., Last Planner System), and sequencing of trades. • Build collaborative relationships internally and externally.

What You Bring

• Accurately perform work on schedule with strong verbal and written communication. • Proficient in MS Office and JE Dunn construction technology; develop layout and crane‑flagging skills. • Understand construction management methods, Lean philosophy, and productivity optimization. • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field preferred; relevant experience considered. • 2+ years construction experience required; 0‑2 years supervision experience preferred. • Completion of federally required training or apprenticeship program preferred. • Ability to lift up to 25 lb; frequent standing, walking, climbing and bending; occasional computer work.
