About the Role
The recruiter will own end‑to‑end hiring for PDE roles, collaborating with managers to define positions and priorities while delivering a high‑quality candidate experience. Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing workflows in Lever. • Source and engage candidates via LinkedIn and other channels • Screen candidates and coordinate interview schedules • Partner with hiring managers to define role profiles and hiring priorities • Manage candidate pipelines and hiring workflows using Lever ATS • Maintain clear, professional communication throughout the hiring process

What You Bring
Candidates should have at least five years of recruiting experience in product, design, or engineering, with proven ability to source technical talent and strong communication skills. Independent work, multitasking across multiple roles, and familiarity with ATS tools—Lever a plus—are required. • 5+ years recruiting experience for product, design, and/or engineering roles • Strong sourcing and outreach skills for technical and product‑adjacent talent • Work independently and handle multiple roles simultaneously
