What You Bring
Candidates must be 18 years or older, preferably with direct or commission‑based sales experience, self‑motivated to learn, and willing to work evenings and weekends. The position requires comfortable outdoor work and the ability to walk for extended periods in various weather conditions. A valid California Home Improvement Salesperson (HIS) license is required; otherwise, you’ll start as a Sales Scheduler and transition after licensing. • Must be at least 18 years old. • Direct or commission‑based sales experience preferred. • Ability to work outdoors and walk for extended periods in varying weather. • Valid California Home Improvement Salesperson (HIS) license (or willingness to obtain it).
