About the Role

Key duties include managing calendars and workflows for multi‑agency meetings, workshops, field surveys, audits, trainings and review boards, maintaining master schedules, tracking milestones and flagging risks, and driving the monthly, quarterly and final reporting cadence. The administrator will also control documents, prepare meeting materials, liaise with RCRC, Parsons teams, contractors and partners, handle logistics and onboarding, maintain template governance, perform data quality checks, support organizational framework documentation, and ensure compliance and audit readiness. • Coordinate calendars, workshops, field surveys, audits, trainings, and review boards across multiple agencies. • Maintain master schedules, monitor milestones, and flag risks for leadership. • Compile, format, and quality‑check monthly, quarterly, and final reports and submit them per scope requirements. • Register, version‑control, and archive correspondence, minutes, RFIs, and deliverables in digital and hard‑copy libraries. • Prepare meeting agendas, executive summaries, and take minutes with clear actions and owners. • Liaise with RCRC, Parsons teams, contractors, and partners to align schedules and approvals. • Arrange room bookings, access permits, travel support, visitor passes, and manage onboarding checklists. • Manage branded templates, numbering schemes, and style guides for all deliverables. • Perform basic QA on data tables, KPIs, and attachments before submission. • Maintain evidence logs for audit readiness and risk tracking.

Parsons is seeking a talented Saudi‑national Project Administrator to serve as the operational “glue” for a major transportation‑related program in Riyadh. The role involves coordinating schedules, documentation, stakeholder communications, and logistics so technical teams can deliver assessments, guideline development, frameworks, and advisory workstreams on time and to specification. The position requires 1‑3 years of administrative or project coordination experience supporting large, multi‑disciplinary programs, preferably in the public sector or infrastructure. Candidates must demonstrate expert calendar and meeting management, strong documentation and version‑control skills, mastery of Microsoft Office, experience with regular reporting cycles, and excellent written and verbal communication in both Arabic and English. Additional valued skills include familiarity with engineering terminology such as signals, ITS, multimodal and enforcement, experience coordinating capacity‑building activities, and comfort with project collaboration platforms like MS Project, Asana/Trello, SharePoint/Teams and KPI dashboards.
