About the Role

The manager will oversee contract and MSA negotiations, resource recruitment, invoice approval, and budget development across multiple projects. Responsibilities also include staffing decisions, field resource coordination, business development for construction services, and leading QA/QC and document control on a project basis.

What You Bring

• Construction or design certifications • Experience with estimating software (Timberline), scheduling software (Primavera P6 or SureTrak), and project management software (Prolog) • Ability to interpret construction schedules • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Construction Science, or related field, or equivalent experience • Minimum 2 years of experience in construction planning and management (field engineering, submittals, estimating, scheduling, site safety) • Proficiency with Microsoft Office • Experience with construction management software (Procore, Prolog, Primavera, Bluebeam, etc.) • No visa sponsorship available for U.S. employment authorization
