About the Role
The Territory Executive is responsible for identifying leads, prospecting, and selling new and profitable business within an assigned market, typically outside metropolitan areas. This role requires selling the full suite of Republic Services products, including municipal solid waste and recycling containers, electronic recycling, and universal recycling solutions. Key responsibilities include managing prospects, acquiring new commercial, industrial, and recycling customers to meet monthly revenue targets, and retaining existing clients through long‑term relationship building. The executive must follow up leads within two hours, utilize Salesforce daily to document activities, deliver sales presentations, conduct cold‑call prospecting, and stay informed on market trends and competitive dynamics.

What You Bring
Candidates must have a minimum of five years of relevant sales experience, at least two years of direct selling in a customer‑facing role, and prior experience in the waste or service industry.
