About the Role

Interns will rotate through Automated Logic Contracting Services’ Sales, Operations, Engineering, and Service teams, working directly with seasoned sales professionals and customers. They will learn the design, application, and sale of HVAC equipment, building management controls, and related services for commercial, industrial, and institutional buildings. Participation includes attending sales meetings, business functions, service calls, and customer meetings alongside mentors, while observing the full sales‑engineer workflow. • Rotate through Sales, Operations, Engineering, and Service departments of Automated Logic Contracting Services. • Support industry‑leading sales professionals and interact directly with customers. • Learn design, application, and sale of HVAC systems, controls, parts, and services for commercial, industrial, and institutional buildings. • Participate in sales meetings, business functions, service calls, and customer meetings with experienced mentors. • Observe and assist sales engineers throughout the full sales process. • Serve as a daily point‑of‑contact for customers, fostering relationships and ownership in solutions. • Develop technical, business, sales, leadership, and communication skills in a structured program.

What You Bring

Candidates must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in sales, engineering, operations, or any business field with a minimum 3.0 GPA, and must be U.S. citizens or authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. The role requires a proactive attitude, strong organizational and analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Preferred qualifications include proficiency with Microsoft Office, excellent problem‑solving abilities, effective communication at all levels, and a collaborative team mindset. The internship aims to develop technical, business, sales, leadership, and communication competencies. • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Sales, Engineering, Operations, or Business with a GPA of 3.0 or higher. • U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities. • Self‑driven, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities. • Effective communicator at all levels and collaborative team player.
