About the Role

Key responsibilities include understanding business fundamentals and standard operating procedures, following a designated training schedule, and achieving certification at each defined level. The employee must maintain professional communication with internal customers, incorporate new procedures into routine work, and meet or exceed individual productivity targets. What You Bring

Candidates must hold a B.Com, M.Com or equivalent degree. Preferred applicants have at least six months of relevant experience in audit, accounts, or finance, and experience with similar processes is an advantage. Strong communication and analytical skills can compensate for a lack of experience. The position is primarily office‑based and requires frequent repetitive motions, eye/hand/foot coordination, and constant sitting, talking, and hearing.
