About the Role
The Deployment Engineer role focuses on architecting rapid hardware deployments across Texas, ensuring a positive customer experience and increased uptime of battery systems. The engineer will oversee data integrity, design scalable deployment processes, create automation tools and dashboards, and collaborate with engineering and operations to translate needs into technical solutions while maintaining comprehensive documentation. • Audit deployment data using SQL or similar tools to ensure integrity and accuracy. • Design and implement scalable processes for data collection, quality assurance, and workflow efficiency. • Build internal tools and dashboards with Python, JavaScript, and dashboarding platforms to automate workflows and monitor operational metrics. • Perform analytics on the deployment pipeline to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement. • Collaborate with engineering and operations to translate operational needs into technical requirements. • Set up and maintain data collection systems for comprehensive hardware tracking. • Create and maintain documentation for tools, data models, and processes.

What You Bring
Candidates should hold a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience, and have 2+ years in data analysis, process engineering, or internal tools development. Required skills include SQL, a scripting language such as Python or JavaScript, and experience with business intelligence or visualization tools, combined with a data‑driven mindset and experience building scalable, repeatable processes. • Hold a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience. • Possess 2+ years of experience in data analysis, process engineering, or internal tools development. • Proficient in SQL and able to write complex queries for data extraction and analysis. • Skilled in a scripting language such as Python or JavaScript for tool development. • Experience with BI or data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or Metabase. • Demonstrated data‑driven mindset and ability to turn data into actionable insights.
