About the Role
The Superintendent ensures that all installation work adheres to both company standards and the specific project specifications, while optimizing crew utilization and collaborating with the General Contractor to drive project success. Responsibilities include overseeing field operations, assisting foremen with planning and material procurement, managing labor schedules and efficiency, monitoring material costs, and maintaining necessary documentation. The role also involves ensuring safety compliance, coordinating with inspection teams and utility providers, and addressing any hazards that arise. • Monitor installations to ensure compliance with company standards and project specifications. • Coordinate efficiently with the General Contractor and site foremen to manage project progress. • Schedule labor, review efficiencies, and forecast workforce needs throughout the project. • Track material costs, storage, consumption, and ordering to prevent overruns. • Prepare, review, and maintain all required installation documentation. • Enforce company policies, safety guidelines, and address hazards promptly. • Liaise with inspectors, utility companies, and the Inspection Department for job completion. • Conduct site visits to inspect installation methods, quality, and code compliance. • Provide technical support and maintain knowledge of systems and equipment being installed. • Communicate regularly with project managers, customers, and internal teams to keep installations on track. • Lead the crew, demonstrate professional representation of the company, and promote a positive work climate. • Utilize MS Office for reporting and documentation.

What You Bring
Candidates must possess at least five years of experience in electrical construction within commercial, institutional, or industrial settings, with a solid grasp of construction technology, equipment, and methods. Proficiency in interpreting plans, NFPA codes, and strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential. The position requires physical activity such as using ladders, standing for extended periods, and performing squats or kneeling, and it may involve exposure to varying weather conditions and high noise levels on job sites. Office work includes routine use of computers and standard office equipment.

Benefits
