About the Role

The project involves supporting a major client in the maritime sector to develop their capital investment programme over the next five years. This role offers the opportunity to lead a large, high‑energy infrastructure consultancy team while delivering a unique programme. • Deliver client‑focused outcomes through strategic planning, governance and performance management. • Support commercial negotiations, strategy development and accountable decision‑making with integrity. • Enable people to excel via collaboration, knowledge sharing and inclusive stakeholder engagement. • Apply planning, scheduling and Earned Value Management (EVM) methodologies across complex projects. • Manage and develop high‑performing planning teams delivering robust project controls. • Influence clients and stakeholders with clear analysis, insight and recommendations. • Support net‑zero outcomes through collaborative, carbon‑conscious project delivery. • Safety first – champion a safe, diverse and inclusive working environment, ensuring wellbeing and safe return home. • Client focus – own the quality of deliverables and strategic outcomes, building long‑term client relationships. • Create opportunity – foster continuous improvement, inspiring people and teams to develop and excel.
