About the Role
The role focuses on providing risk and commercial advice throughout the project lifecycle, supporting business units and market sectors. It partners with bid managers, finance, and legal to prepare risk committee submissions and deliver performance reporting. The incumbent also manages change, ensures compliance, and participates in client progress meetings. • Provide risk and commercial advice throughout project lifecycle to assess performance and support business units. • Lead coordination and preparation of risk committee submissions for bids with bid managers, finance, and legal teams. • Deliver effective reporting and forecasting of commercial performance for the business unit. • Manage changes with commercial implications, mitigating risks and identifying opportunities. • Ensure activities comply with internal standards and external regulatory requirements. • Attend regular progress and change control meetings with clients. • Collaborate with project leads to identify and assess change impacts. • Support internal AECOM reporting processes.

What You Bring
• Demonstrated commercial acumen and strong business analysis capabilities. • Experience negotiating fee claims, producing fee quotations, and administering contracts. • Knowledge of Indian commercial law and built‑environment contract forms. • Ability to extract additional value from projects. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for relationship building across all levels. • Understanding of risk management procedures and processes. • Commitment to AECOM behaviours and performance standards. • Degree in Project Management, Cost Management, Engineering or related field; postgraduate business qualifications advantageous. • Additional qualifications in accountancy, surveying or law considered a plus. • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. • Proven capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
