About the Role

The Assistant Project Manager will support the project life cycle—from development and initiation through close‑out—by coordinating single‑discipline or multidisciplinary teams under the guidance of a Project Manager. This role ensures that workloads are managed, deliverables are completed on budget and schedule, and project reviews are conducted with accounting, operations, and business leadership. What You Bring

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in a related field and have at least five years of relevant experience, along with strong organizational, project‑management, and written and verbal communication skills. A PMP certification is preferred, and applicants should demonstrate a commitment to HDR’s employee‑owned culture. The ability to interact effectively with diverse design teams is also required. • Work effectively under pressure, handling competing deadlines and shifting priorities. • PMP certification (preferred). • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline. • Minimum five years of relevant experience. • Strong organizational, project‑management, and communication skills.
