About the Role

The Environmental practice supports industries, clients, and governments in meeting their environmental responsibilities by providing advisory and technical services for compliance, impact management, permitting, decommissioning, and climate‑resilience solutions. The team focuses on protecting habitats, water quality, stakeholder engagement, and cultural resources throughout every project stage. The Account Manager will drive account growth by building and managing strategic client relationships, representing AECOM’s full suite of services across geographies. Responsibilities include developing aligned account plans, uncovering integrated service opportunities, leading cross‑regional multidisciplinary teams, and acting as the primary interface to ensure clear communication and consistent value delivery. • Build and maintain strategic client relationships across multi‑level stakeholders in the oil & gas sector. • Develop and execute account plans aligned with business strategy to identify integrated service opportunities. • Lead and coordinate cross‑regional, multidisciplinary teams to meet revenue targets and deliver exceptional client service. • Serve as the primary liaison between AECOM and clients, ensuring clear communication and consistent value delivery. • Apply commercial acumen in pricing, contract negotiations, and driving profitable growth. • Leverage expertise in environmental contaminated land assessment and remediation projects. • Participate in continuous learning programs, paid study leave, and global career development opportunities.
