About the Role

What You Bring

The role is for a Senior Manager with a CTC of 20-25 Lacs per annum, requiring 4 to 8 years of experience in capital markets, preferably with hands‑on real estate capital markets transactions. Candidates should hold a CA, MBA in Finance, or CFA qualification. Key competencies include excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and negotiation abilities, and a bias for action and execution. The candidate must be a self‑starter, collaborative, detail‑oriented, and able to multitask within a team, demonstrating strong verbal and written communication across all management levels. • 4-8 years experience in capital markets, preferably real estate transactions. • Hold CA, MBA Finance, or CFA qualification. • Strong analytical, negotiation, and financial modeling skills. • Experience in credit underwriting, valuations, and financial statement analysis. • Proven ability to structure real estate deals and secure redevelopment mandates. • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
