About the Role

As a Mechatronics & Robotics Technician you will support the Operations Maintenance Team by repairing and maintaining material handling equipment and pneumatic systems throughout the building, and you will install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment. • Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures • Perform preventative maintenance routines and document them • Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues on material handling equipment (belts, motors, photo‑eyes, relays, etc.) • Create, assign, and close work orders, tracking labor hours, maintenance activity, and parts usage • Maintain department inventory and track parts • Mentor junior technicians to develop their skills • Communicate effectively with all Operations staff

What You Bring

The role requires the ability to reach overhead, kneel, squat, climb ladders or an aerial lift, and frequently lift up to 50 lb, while wearing required PPE such as hard hats, face shields and toe‑protected shoes. You will move between departments, floors and properties, covering 6‑12 miles daily, and work in a warehouse environment with fluctuating temperatures. • Hold a high school diploma or equivalent with 2+ years repairing MHE or conveyor systems • Complete 2+ years of predictive and preventative maintenance procedures • Read blueprints and electrical schematics for at least 1 year • Apply knowledge of electrical and electronic principles and use a CMMS • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project • Prefer an associate or higher degree in mechanical or electrical field • Familiar with MHE safety standards and OEM guidelines • Experience with robotic operation and maintenance, including basic I/O troubleshooting
