About the Role
The Chauffeur/Installateur role is a field position that prepares job sites, uses hand and power tools to install and remove climate‑control equipment, and represents the company to customers under tight deadlines and strict safety standards. The work is physically demanding, performed outdoors in varied weather, and comprehensive training is provided. • Safely install, dismantle, and service climate‑control equipment at customer sites. • Complete operational paperwork such as JHA reports, inventory logs and site checklists. • Follow directions from the Operations Director and assist with site navigation for efficient arrivals. • Maintain a clean, hazard‑free work environment and keep company vehicles tidy. • Uphold professional appearance and courteous customer service under pressure.

What You Bring
• Hold a Class G driver’s licence with a clean driving record and personal reliable transportation. • Demonstrate ability to follow instructions, meet tight deadlines and handle a heavy workload. • Accurately fill documentation and possess strong communication skills. • Proficient with general tools (drills, pressure washers, pole drivers, banding equipment). • Physically capable of lifting 50‑80 lb, bending, squatting and working outdoors in all weather. • Forklift experience is a plus but not required.
