About the Role
Turner seeks a leader to direct and coordinate multiple construction projects, overseeing team development, contracts, budgets, schedules, quality, safety, and stakeholder relationships. The role involves managing the Master Project Schedule, financial reporting, QA/QC programs, field operations, and the implementation of Turner initiatives and technologies. • Develop and mentor a high-performance team, providing feedback and completing performance appraisals. • Administer Turner’s contract and subcontract agreements. • Foster relationships with owners, architects, subcontractors, and vendors. • Establish, update, and communicate the Master Project Schedule and oversee its implementation. • Collaborate with the Preconstruction team on project development. • Manage budget, financial reporting, and ensure adherence to project budget. • Oversee the Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) program. • Direct field operations and engineering processes and procedures. • Guide the team on insurance, labor relations, and employee relations requirements. • Enforce safety protocols among project staff. • Coordinate with Accounting to initiate and follow up on Pay Applications for timely payments. • Provide regular progress and budget updates to management through Operation Review Meetings (ORMs). • Support and promote the use of Turner initiatives and technologies.

What You Bring
Candidates must have at least ten years of relevant experience and a strong knowledge of construction cost, scheduling, estimating, purchasing, engineering, and accounting principles. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to read and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, and project schedules are required. Experience with BIM and Lean methodologies and demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills are also essential. The job requires physical abilities such as climbing stairs and ladders, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in noisy, hazardous construction environments with exposure to moving equipment, heights, fumes, weather conditions, and electrical hazards. Vision requirements include close, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment, while typical duties involve standing, walking, kneeling, and crouching on site.

Benefits
The position is based in New York, NY 10001 and is classified as a regular, experienced role requiring a bachelor's degree. It reports to the Project Executive, Deputy Operations Manager, or Operations Manager and offers a salaried exempt compensation range of $270,000 to $350,000 annually.
