What You Bring

We’re looking for an experienced, safety‑focused Asphalt Production Operator to join our high‑performing team in Perth, based in Gosnells and Hope Valley. This role is critical to the smooth operation and maintenance of our asphalt plant, ensuring quality production and compliance with safety and operational standards. You will operate the plant and mobile equipment, perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot faults, manage raw materials and ensure accurate data entry. The ideal candidate holds a current C‑class licence and a General Construction Induction card. Mechanical aptitude is essential, with fitter or cement‑batching experience considered desirable. Competence in operating front‑end loaders, skid steers and forklifts is required, as is previous experience as an Asphalt Manufacturing Plant Operator. A positive attitude, strong teamwork skills, flexibility for shift work and a commitment to a Zero Harm culture are also important. • Hold a current C‑class licence and General Construction Induction card; mechanically minded with cement‑batching or fitting experience preferred. • Demonstrated experience as an Asphalt Manufacturing Plant Operator and ability to work flexible shift hours.
