Engineering Project Manager

About the Role

• Engages team to identify project risks and assumptions, develops mitigation strategies/plans, and works to have strategies in place. • Works with Operations and Estimating staff in the development of design/engineering project budgets and proposals. • Implements successful team leadership, stakeholder management, process adherence, project ownership, and risk management. • Responsible for project cost management including estimating, funding, and forecasting. • Manages project related invoices, purchase orders, contracts, and external resources. • Ensures project is delivered within approved budget, schedule, contingency and meets quality standards. • Manages medium to large projects comprised of several project team members. • Promotes a positive Company Culture by fostering friendly and constructive employee relations. • Maintains regular, transparent communication with all project stakeholders. • Develops comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resource allocation.

What You Bring

• Recent experience managing projects of medium to large size with medium to high complexity. • Communicates well with other project leadership to ensure alignment with scope and schedules. • Proficient in managing multidisciplinary engineering projects, from planning to delivery. • Demonstrates working knowledge of project management methodologies. • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience interacting with Executive Leadership.
