About the Role
The role operates on a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays, and remote work may be available depending on business needs, IT qualifications, and performance standards. You will work closely with management to address any customer‑related challenges and fulfill reasonable requests as assigned. • Contact owners and guests via outbound calls and email to book timeshare appointments before arrival. • Manage the provided call list and make the required number of outbound calls daily to meet production targets. • Sell local tours and activities while delivering exceptional vacation‑planning concierge services. • Promote HGV Ultimate Access events to customers. • Work remotely when business needs, IT qualifications, and performance standards allow. • Collaborate proactively with management to resolve any customer‑related challenges. • Complete reasonable requests and other administrative duties assigned by management.

What You Bring
We are looking for candidates with a high school diploma or GED, the ability to work flexible hours, and at least one year of customer service experience. A thorough knowledge of the local area—including restaurants, sightseeing, and tour options—and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Prior sales‑related call‑center or timeshare experience, as well as background in tours, activities, or concierge services, are advantageous.
