Manage customer accounts, generate demand, and sell Schneider Electric field services.

About the Role
• Initiate contact, develop relationships, and generate demand in assigned customer accounts. • Educate customers on Schneider Electric products and services, focusing on their pain points. • Cross‑sell the Field Service portfolio (Power Systems, Secure Power & Cooling, Digital Energy, Industrial Automation). • Ensure customer satisfaction by overseeing orders and execution activities. • Manage sales funnel, account planning, and opportunity detection using BFO (Salesforce.com) and Sales Cockpit. • Provide monthly forecasts and summary reports in a timely manner. • Prepare analysis and reports on field service performance. • Supply accurate information to the Tender team for sales quotations and proposals. • Monitor margins to meet or exceed country thresholds and use DOA process for exceptions. • Map key account players (end users, consultants, LEW, contractors) and identify business opportunities. • Attend industry events and networking functions to support assigned accounts. • Translate engineering solutions for non‑technical audiences as a trusted advisor. • Build sustainable, reliable customer relationships (Customer Intimacy). • Develop go‑to‑market strategies with cross‑functional teams. • Leverage technology for communication and performance management. • Work with cutting‑edge service solutions and technologies. • Access professional development and growth in a customer‑centric environment. • Utilize comprehensive tools and resources that support success.

What You Bring
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent. • Minimum 5 years of technical sales experience in engineering solutions. • Demonstrate strong account management, cold‑calling, and social selling skills. • Exhibit proven persuasion, influencing, and active listening abilities. • Be energetic, outgoing, proactive with strong prospecting and networking focus. • Communicate excellently, both verbally and in writing, including with C‑level customers. • Possess in‑depth knowledge of Schneider Electric service offerings across the asset‑management lifecycle and power systems. • Proficient with Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM tools; demonstrate strong organizational skills. • Own a dynamic client portfolio with autonomy to drive strategic relationships.
