About the Role
As an Account Manager you own all resources and logistics required to perform services and maintenance on customer sites, including preventive and remedial maintenance, facility management and field services engineering. You will contribute to the department’s annual operational plan and suggest improvements to products, processes and procedures. The role involves planning and executing resource deployment to meet customer and business metrics, interfacing with customer service managers on escalations, and developing both short‑ and long‑range resource forecasts and plans. What You Bring
Successful candidates hold a bachelor’s degree (or a high school diploma/GED with at least four years of services experience), have 3‑5 years of mechanical‑aptitude experience, and possess strong communication and relationship‑building skills. They must demonstrate hands‑on directional‑drilling knowledge, experience leading technical teams, a methodical problem‑solving approach, and readiness to work on‑shore and at customer locations. • Bachelor’s degree (or high school diploma/GED with 4+ years services experience). • 3–5 years of experience with strong mechanical aptitude. • Excellent communication skills and ability to build trusting relationships. • Hands‑on knowledge of directional drilling. • Proven experience leading, mentoring, and motivating technical teams. • Methodical problem‑solving ability for complex customer issues. • Willingness to work on‑shore facilities and customer locations and undergo product training.
