About the Role

The Leasing Professional will support leasing, sales, and marketing efforts at an assigned community while upholding Core’s standards. Responsibilities include lease administration, daily leasing‑office operations, and coordinating tasks that keep the office running efficiently. The role reports to the New Development Manager and works closely with the New Development Mission Control team on special projects. • Conduct guided tours for prospective residents • Follow up leads via email and phone calls • Prepare leasing and marketing reports • Assist with in‑house events and outreach marketing coordination • Support leasing office operations and staff as needed • Uphold brand and company standards in property presentation • Collaborate with New Development Mission Control on special projects • Assist with move‑outs, turnovers, and move‑ins beyond normal hours • Lift and move objects up to 50 lb regularly

What You Bring
