About the Role

The Subcontractor Administrator (OPRC40 – Principal Specialist, Procurement) will execute subcontracts and manage purchasing of goods, services, and supplies, covering RFQ inquiries, bid tabulation, commercial evaluation, negotiation of terms, and order placement. This position is based in Saudi Arabia and works closely with project management, engineering, logistics, and legal teams. Maintain a strong understanding of Middle‑East order and contract requirements and collaborate with the legal department through the contracting review process. Administer orders to monitor and manage contractor progress, ensuring timely execution and compliance with stakeholder specifications. Coordinate with internal departments to guarantee proper completion of work. • Execute subcontracts and manage procurement of goods, services, and supplies. • Conduct RFQ inquiries, bid tabulation, commercial evaluation, and negotiate terms and conditions. • Ensure timely order placement and monitor contractor progress. • Coordinate with project management, engineering, logistics, and legal departments to meet stakeholder requirements. • Maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders. • Utilize MS Dynamics or SAP for procurement processes.

What You Bring

Candidates should hold an undergraduate degree and possess at least 10 years of relevant experience, preferably with MS Dynamics or SAP. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adaptability to shifting priorities, and the ability to build professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders are essential.
