About the Role

In this role you will support the manufacturing process by delivering materials and maintaining organized inventory. Under the Warehouse Supervisor’s direction, you will prioritize inventory accuracy while ensuring safety remains the top concern. You will handle shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations, operating forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks, and other equipment. Using the ERP system you will perform inventory transactions, locate parts, and resolve discrepancies, while adhering to quarantine and safety protocols. • Deliver materials to support manufacturing and maintain inventory accuracy. • Pull and stage jobs according to production schedules and pick tickets. • Respond to material requisitions when Kanban or pick lists are unavailable. • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks, stand‑up trucks, and other handling equipment. • Use the ERP system for inventory transactions, part location, and discrepancy investigation. • Apply quarantine procedures and follow JCI LEM safety program. • Adhere to all safety rules, wear required PPE, and act as a safety steward.

What You Bring

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, at least six months of related experience, and a valid forklift certification. Strong math, reading, and communication skills, along with a customer‑service mindset, are essential. The work environment is noisy and dusty, requiring the ability to lift and move loads up to 40 lb regularly and up to 50 lb occasionally, stand on concrete for extended periods, and wear appropriate PPE. Physical stamina and the ability to work more than 40 hours per week are needed. • Hold a valid forklift certification. • Possess a high school diploma/GED with at least six months of related experience. • Demonstrate strong math, reading, and customer‑service communication skills. • Meet physical requirements, including lifting up to 50 lb occasionally and standing on concrete for long periods.
