About the Role

• Collate and analyze data using preset tools and formats. • Provide information and clarification on existing procedures and processes. • Implement improvements and give feedback using change management systems. • Support audit analysis within existing procedures. • Access specific information via the knowledge management system. • Assist in gathering business requirements through interviews, document and workflow analysis. • Contribute to feasibility studies and document technological and organizational findings. • Perform various contract management tasks. • Support product and solution development, including client situation analysis and data interpretation. • Provide routine support for policy development and implementation. • Design test procedures and standards based on product specifications. • Carry out project management activities to support the team.
