About the Role
The role involves operating and monitoring batch plant equipment to ensure accurate and timely concrete production. You will maintain plant systems, perform routine inspections, and address basic mechanical or operational issues. Coordination with dispatch, drivers, and team members is required to meet customer delivery schedules, while following all safety procedures and keeping work areas clean and organized. Production data is recorded to support quality control processes. The role operates primarily in environments with moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise levels. Benefits
$22.50 to $25.00 per hour is offered, with union‑provided benefits including medical, dental, vision, and pension plans.
