About the Role
The Warehouse Coordinator oversees the receipt, storage, and dispatch of diverse goods such as materials, tools, machinery, and uniforms, while maintaining health, safety, hygiene, and security standards in the warehouse environment. • Maintain health, safety, hygiene, and security standards in the warehouse • Keep warehouse housekeeping orderly • Prioritize safety and efficiency during shift operations • Ensure quality, delivery, budget, and environmental objectives are met in purchasing • Communicate with field, locate vendors, assess product availability and sales terms • Administer online purchasing systems and process requisitions and purchase orders • Record goods ordered and received; log rentals and follow up with foremen • Manage stock control, receipt, storage, retrieval, and timely delivery of goods • Load, ship, and transfer shipments; record documents and enter data into system • Generate inventory, in/out status, dead stock, goods age, and consumption reports • Return unused or incorrectly delivered materials • Manage tool inventory: log transfers, clean, maintain, repair, and update tool lists • Deliver tools to job sites as needed • Organize and prioritize personal and team work schedules on short notice

What You Bring
Candidates need an associate degree or equivalent experience, at least three years of warehouse experience, two years of hands‑on HVAC or refrigeration experience, and preferably forklift certification.
