About the Role

The Partnership Manager is responsible for planning and executing a wide range of partnership activities, including sports collaborations, events such as roadshows and conferences, promotional material distribution, and brand or service placements across various channels. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams—including the Head of Partnership, Brand Team, and department heads—as also external vendors and partners to ensure seamless delivery of partnership initiatives. • Identify, negotiate, and sign partnership agreements across sports, events, and promotional channels. • Lead the launch and ongoing management of partnership initiatives. • Coordinate agencies and vendors for event execution, branding, and promotional activities. • Design and implement innovative marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness. • Oversee facility branding on all buses and ensure consistent brand placement. • Build and maintain a robust network of vendors and agencies for regional promotions. • Manage customer‑centric industry events, internal events, and special project events. • Secure speaking opportunities at relevant conferences and summits. • Evaluate and manage collaborations with industry and trade associations. • Interact with internal stakeholders: Head of Partnership, Brand Team, and all HODs. • Liaise with external stakeholders: vendors and partners.

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a postgraduate degree in Marketing, possess 12‑15 years of overall experience with at least 3‑4 years in relevant industry sectors, and demonstrate strong communication, multitasking, and creative problem‑solving abilities. • Demonstrate energetic, versatile, and creative problem‑solving traits. • Exhibit flexibility, multitasking ability, and attention to detail under pressure. • Communicate effectively and deliver compelling presentations.
