About the Role
The Procurement Manager reports to senior Procurement leadership and leads the systems, processes, and procedures that support the Procurement function. This role supports Procurement projects, systems, and participates in ongoing transformation of source‑to‑pay best practices. Working with Procurement and business teams, the manager develops and implements business processes while monitoring spend analytics, procure‑to‑pay metrics, operational efficiencies, supplier performance, and benefits capture of major subcontractors. They liaise with other functions to standardize processes, act as a subject‑matter expert for Procurement systems, document standards, deliver training, and lead e‑Procurement tool‑based process standardization. The role also facilitates procurement strategies, manages supplier performance initiatives, and provides coaching and mentorship to team members. • Develop and implement business processes with Procurement and business teams. • Monitor spend analytics, procure‑to‑pay metrics, operational efficiencies, and supplier performance. • Standardize procurement processes across functions and serve as subject‑matter expert for Procurement systems. • Document standards, provide training, and lead e‑Procurement tool process standardization. • Facilitate execution of procurement strategies and ensure compliance with corporate initiatives. • Manage supplier performance programs and drive continuous improvement. • Coach, mentor, and develop Procurement team members.

What You Bring
The position requires at least five years of supply chain or procurement experience. Preferred qualifications include professional supply‑chain certifications (such as CPM, CPSM, Six Sigma), experience creating and maintaining contracts, two or more years leading others, strong teaming with internal teams, proficiency with e‑Procurement systems, advanced Excel, SharePoint, reporting, SQL, data analysis, and experience with ERP implementation and user training.
