About the Role

• Review and manage operations to ensure technical product quality. • Establish long‑range objectives, goals, and plans for the team. • Provide technical and management leadership to the assigned team. • Develop a marketing program aligned with discipline goals. • Advise and assist professionals in other groups when expertise is required. • Manage activities to secure adequate profit on all projects. • Review monthly productivity and labor hour utilization, reporting and adjusting as needed. • Assign projects to staff and schedule work. • Evaluate employee performance according to company policy.

What You Bring

• Hold a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. • Possess 10+ years of professional mechanical engineering experience. • Maintain a Professional Engineer (P.E.) license. • Demonstrated effective leadership across large groups of employees. • Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in English.

The position offers a compensation range of $145,000 to $209,000 per year, depending on qualifications.
